重庆市区健康成人肿瘤坏死因子-α血清浓度测定的初步报告

摘　　要：目的了解重庆市区健康成人不同年龄段和不同性别间肿瘤坏死因子-α（tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α）血清浓度水平,为研究疾病状态下人体血清TNF-α的浓度变化提供有益的参考数据。方法随机选取重庆市区90名健康成人血清标本,其中青年组（18-45岁）,中年组（46-60岁）,老年组（〉60岁）各30例,采用ELISA方法测定TNF-α浓度,将所测值在各年龄组、性别组之间行统计学比较。结果90名健康成人血清TNF-α的浓度平均值为（28.93±16.74）pg/ml,老年组显著高于青、中年组,老年女性组显著高于青年女性组（P〈0.05）,余不同年龄、性别之间无统计学意义。结论重庆市区老年人TNF-α血清浓度显著升高,以老年女性明显。Objective To evaluate possible differences in the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） for healthy adults of different ages and sexes in Chongqing urban field, providing the useful reference for the varieties of the serum TNF-α in the ill-condition. Methods Ninety healthy people in Chongqing urban region were selected randomly and all enrolled were divided into the young group（18-45y） ,the middle-aged group （46-60y） and the old group（ 〉 60y）, each group 30 people. Blood from the 90 people were collected and followed by measurement of the serum concentration of TNF-α with Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, statistical analysis was then performed to see whether differences exit in values among groups. Results The mean serum level of the TNF-α for the 90 healthy human subjects was 28.93 ± 16.74pg/ml, the concentration of the TNF-α for the old-aged group was significantly higher than those for the youth group and the middle-aged group, especially for the female （both P 〈 0. 050）, there were no significant differences among other different aged-groups and sexual-groups. Conclusions The serum level of the TNF-α for the old-aged people in Chongqing urban region, especially for the female, is significantly higher than the youth and the middle-aged.
