摘　　要：目的:研究基于PACS的医学图像压缩技术及其用于解决医学图像的存储与传输问题。材料和方法:以MR图像为例,重点论述了在医学图像DICOM格式中实现基于JPEG2000标准感兴趣区域(ROI)的压缩方法和编程思路,提供了部分VC++代码,并对关键函数进行了较详细的注解。结果:在PACS中实现了JPEG2000标准基本功能及感兴趣区域(ROI)编码,在保证ROI区域图像无损的前提下,有效地提高了医学图像的压缩比。结论:该方法具有无损压缩、高效有损压缩和感兴趣区域编码等优点。在医学图像存储与传输系统中的应用将具有深远的意义。Purpose： To Research a new method of Medical Image Compression Based on PACS, in order to resolve the problem of Medical Image Archiving and Communication. Materials and Methods：This paper particular specifies the compression method and programming thought of the ROI based on JPEG2000 standard in Medical Image DICOM format take example for MR Image. Some VC ＋ ＋ codes and particular comments of key functions are also presented. Results： The basic functions and Region of Interest encoding of JPEG2000 standard were realized in PACS. The Method can not only make ROI data lossless but also effectively improve compression ratio. Conclusion： Taking advantages of lossless compression,more efficient lossy compression and ROI encoding ,It will promote the applications in PACS.
