自体同源骨移植治疗根尖周病骨缺损的初步研究

摘　　要：本研究的目的是了解自体同源骨移植治疗根尖周病骨缺损的效果。18例患者在行根尖刮治术同时接受自体同源骨移植,自体同源骨来自上颌梨状孔边缘骨。随访结果表明:术后局部反应较轻,骨缺损修复较快。术后6个月根尖肉芽肿的治愈率为100％;根尖囊肿的治愈率为92.31％。提示自体同源骨移植是根周手术较理想的辅助治疗方法。The purpose of this study is to evaluate the treatment result of bone defect caused by periapical disease with autotransplantation of homogeneous bone graft. 18 cases of patients underwent apical curettage and homogeneous bone graft simultaneously. Bone was taken from the edge of pyriform aperture of the patient. The result of the follow - up survey showed that: the local inflammation reaction was mild, the repairment of bone defect was rapid. At six months post operation, the cure rate of periapical granuloma was 100% and that of periapical cyst was 92. 31%. The study showed that autotransplantation of homogenous bone graft could be a kind of ideal auxiliary treatment method in periapical operation.
