摘　　要：目的探讨超声乳化联合囊袋张力环（CTR）及人工晶状体（IOL）植入术治疗白内障有悬韧带异常者的手术效果。方法10例16只眼具有晶状体悬韧带松弛或部分断裂的白内障，施行超声乳化联合CTR及IOL植入手术。结果术后随访6月，有2例失访。末次检查8例13只眼的最佳矫正视力（BcvA）都有增进，所有术眼CTR都位于囊袋内，仅有1只眼在术后6个月IOL位置轻度偏中心，3只眼轻度后囊膜混浊。结论对半脱位晶状体采用超声乳化白内障吸除联合CTR及IOL植入是一安全有效的手术，严重半脱位和有进展的病例才需作改良CTR（M—CTR）巩膜缝合固定术。Objective To evaluate the clinical results of phacoemulsification with capsular tension ring （CTR） and intraoeular lens （IOL） implantation for cataracts with zonular abnormalities.Methods This prospective study comprised sixteen cataracts of 10 patient swith weakness or partially broken ciliary zonule. After insertion of a CTR,phaeoemulsification with IOL implantation was performed.Results Postoperative follow-up were six months, two patients lost follow-up.At the last postoperative examination, best corrected visual acuitv （BCVA） of the eiht patients（13 eyes）were all increased.In the-bag fixation of CTR was achieved in all eyes.IOL implanted was not centered only in one eye 6 months after surgery.Posterior capsular opacification was found in three eyes, Conclusions Phacoemulsification with CTR and IOL implantation iS effective and safe for subluxated lenses, M-CTR scleral fixation is necessarysupplement for severely subluxated lenses and progressive cases.
