艾滋病病区护士心理健康与压力源调查分析

摘　　要：[目的]调查艾滋病病区护士的心理健康水平和压力源,为进一步做好艾滋病的防控提供参考意见。[方法]采用SCL-90量表和护理人员压力源调查表对在艾滋病病区工作的护士进行调查,用SPSS软件进行分析。[结果]艾滋病病区护士心理健康水平低于常模,其中躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护士5个方面主要压力源为病人不礼貌、工资及其他的福利待遇低、工作环境差、工作量太大、护理的病人病情过重。[结论]应针对各项压力源因素特点,做好护士的心理疏导工作。Objective： To investigate both psychological health level and pressure sources of nurses in AIDS ward, so as to provide some references for better prevention and control of AIDS. Method： Nurses of AIDS ward were investigated by filling out SCL - 90 and pressure source inventory for nursing staff. The data were analyzed by adopting SPSS software. Result： The psychological health level of nurses in AIDS ward was lower than that of common model. Among which, there were statistical significant differ- ences in terms of somatization, compulsion, depression, anxiety, hostili- ty, terrible, paranoia and psychosis between nurses of AIDS ward and the common model （P 〈 0. 05）. Totally nurses have 5 aspects of pressure sources including impoliteness of patients, lower wages and other wel- fares, poor working circumstance, heavy work load and critical condition of patients. Conclusion： One should conduct psychological dredge for nurses according to characteristics of every pressure source factors of nurses.
