脊髓血管畸形误诊和治疗失误因素分析

摘　　要：脊髓血管畸形是脊髓血管发育异常所致的一类少见的先天性疾病,早期临床表现轻微而缺乏特征性,容易造成漏诊和误诊,脊髓血管畸形血管构筑复杂,目前缺乏统一的分类,临床治疗困难。本文回顾性分析明确诊断和治疗的脊髓血管畸形患者早期误诊、漏诊以及治疗失误的主客观因素,以便于临床早期诊断和合理的治疗脊髓血管畸形。Spinal cord vascular malformation is a kind of rear congenital diseases due to abnormal development of spinal vessels. The symptom is lack of feature, so the diseases are easy to misdiagnose. The structure of vascular malformations is complicated. The classification of the diseases is not confirmed and the treatment is very difficult. This article intends to analyze the objective and subjective factors that cause the misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis and failure of treatment for such patients, and to provide some useful information for early diagnosis and treatment for such patients.
