超声引导在药流不全清宫术中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨术中超声应用于药流不全清宫术临床应用价值。方法57例药流不全患者经超声检查,了解宫腔位置形态方向,宫腔内药流不全声像图特点,进行术中定位,指导清宫手术。结果术中超声均能清晰显示57例药流不全的声像图表现,定位并引导方向,评价手术是否彻底。结论术中超声可帮助术者进行术中宫腔内药流不全定位,明确清宫术是否彻底,提高药流不全清宫术的全清除率。Objective To discuss the value of the intraoperative ultrasound in uterine curettage of incomplete drug abortion. Methods Fifty-seven patients with incomplete drug abortion were examined with ultrasound before and during uterine curettage. The uhrasonography of uterine position, cavity and inner echogenieity were recorded to guide the uterine curettage. Results Ultrasonography demonstrated uterine echogenicity clearly in all 57 patients, guided and monitored the uterine curettage, and evaluated the effectiveness of uterine curettage. Conclusion Intraoperation ultrasound is helpful to locate the position of incomplete drug abortion in uterus cavity, evaluate the effectiveness of uterine curettage and increase the clearance rate of uterine curettage.
