兔牙移动过程中牙周组织核糖体蛋白S6激酶mRNA的表达

摘　　要：目的研究正畸力作用下核糖体蛋白S6激酶(p70 S6 kinase,p70S6K)在牙周组织改建中的作用。方法选用12只2.0kg左右的日本大耳白兔,建立正畸牙移动的动物模型,按照3d、5d、7d、14d随机分组,每组3只。右侧戴矫治器为实验组,左侧未戴矫治器为对照组,采用RT-PCR方法,观察牙周组织中p70 S6K mRNA表达的变化。结果RT-PCR结果显示:加力3d后牙周组织中p70 S6 KmRNA表达增强,7d明显增强,而14d后有下降趋势,与对照组比较P<0.01,统计学分析有显著差异。结论正畸矫治力作用下,兔牙周组织中p70 S6K的mRNA表达明显增强,提示p70S6K参与牙周组织改建并在牙周组织改建中起重要作用。Objective To detect the role of p70 S6K in periodontal tissues during the orthodontic tooth movement. Methods Twelve rabbits[ weight（2.0 ± 0.2）kg] were chosen to establish rabbit models for the study. Rabbits were divided into 4 groups （3 rabbits per group）, 3, 5, 7 and 14 d group. The appliances were located on the right of maxillary and that was the test group. Nothing was located on the left and that was the control group. The animals were sacrificed at each time intervals （ 3,5,7,14 d）respectively. The prepared tissue specimens were processed for the study of the change and the expression of p70 S6K in periodontal tissues by RT-PCR techniques. Results The expression of p70 S6K mRNA was observed to change dramatically, and the expression of p70 S6K mRNA in treatment periodontal tissues was higher than that of the control, especially on 7 d. And then it decreased after 14 d, compared with the control（ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion p70 S6K participated in periodontal tissues remodeling during orthodontic tooth movement and especially played a more important role in the process of periodontal remodeling.
