摘  要:目的总结流动复合树脂修复楔状缺损的临床应用效果。方法收集471例楔状缺损患牙,随机分成3组,分别用玻璃离子水门汀、复合体、流动复合树脂充填修复,观察一年后的疗效。结果玻璃离子水门汀组成功率为81.53%,复合体组成功率为90.45%,流动复合树脂组成功率为92.36%,后两组疗效无显著性差异,但与玻璃离子组有显著性差异。结论流动复合树脂是一种较理想的楔状缺损充填材料。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of flowable composite on the restoration of dental wedge-shaped defects. Methods 471 teeth with wedge-shaped defect were collected and randomly divided into three groups, which were restored with Glass Ionomer cement, Compomers and Flowable composite resin respectively. The clinical effects were compared after one year. Results The successful ratio was 81.53% for GIC group, 90.45% for the compomers group, and 92.36% for FCR group. There was no significant difference between compomers and FCR, but they had significant differences with GIC group. Conclusion The flowable composite resin is a better falling material for wedge-shaped defect.
