摘　　要：肿瘤坏死因子相关诱导凋亡配体(tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand,TRAIL)能选择性诱导肿瘤细胞和转化细胞凋亡,对机体正常组织细胞无毒副作用,有望成为新型的抗肿瘤制剂。探讨TRAIL的生物学特点及其对肿瘤的治疗策略,能够为其临床应用于肿瘤治疗提供理论基础。Tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand （TRAIL） could induce apoptosis in various tumor cell lines and transformed cells. It had no toxicity to normal cells, which makes it be a potential anticancer therapeutic agent. To investigate its biological characteristics and the tumor therapeutic strategy with TRAIL would help us to provide the theoretic basement for the clinical application of TRAIL.
