摘  要:抗黏附素dysadherin是一种与肿瘤相关的细胞膜糖蛋白,可促进肿瘤转移的发生。Dysadherin可通过多种途径调节细胞表型,包括下调上皮-钙黏蛋白E-cad介导的细胞黏附系统的表达,上调趋化因子的产生等,从而影响肿瘤细胞自身和基质环境,为肿瘤转移提供有利条件。Dysadherin的表达同时也是多种肿瘤转移和生存情况的独立预后指征,可能是晚期肿瘤预防和治疗的又一分子靶标。本文综述了最新研究阐明的dysadherin在肿瘤演进过程中的可能作用机制。Dysadherin is a cancer-associated cell membrane glycoprotein that promotes experimental cancer metastasis. Dysadherin modulates cell phenotype in a number of ways, including down- regulation of E-cadherin-mediated cell adhesion, and up-regulation of chemokine production. In this way, expression of dysadherin in a tumor can influence both the tumor cell itself and the stromal compartment, so as to create conditions that are more permissive for metastatic spread. Dysadherin expression is also an independent prognostic indicator of metastasis and survival for many different types of human cancer,which may emerge as a new molecular target for the prevention or treatment of advanced cancer. Here we reviewed recent works that have provided insights into possible mechanisms of action of dysadherin in the cancer progression process.
