摘  要:为了解决堆肥腐熟慢而且效果不佳的难题,从鸡粪好氧堆肥的不同温度阶段中共分离霉菌87株,然后经淀粉水解、蛋白质(明胶)分解、纤维素降解实验,获得23株可水解淀粉的霉菌,其中5株效果显著;39株分解蛋白有效,作用强的有16株;纤维素降解菌24株,作用强的11株.最后鉴定得知水解淀粉的菌株为青霉属、曲霉属、轮枝孢属;分解蛋白类的菌株为青霉属、曲霉属;降解纤维素的菌株为青霉属、曲霉属、木霉属.To accelerate the decomposition of compost, 87 strains moulds were screened out from the aerobic composting of chicken manure. Results of decomposition experiments of these strains show that 5 strains decompose starch better among 23 strains which can decompose starch; 16 strains decompose protein better among 39 strains which are effective for protein decomposition; and 11 strains decompose cellulose better among 24 strains which can break cellulose. The authentication results indicate that strains decomposing starch are Penicillium, Aspergillus and Verticillium; strains decomposing protein are Penicillium and Aspergillus; and strains breaking ellulose belong to Trichoderma, Aspergillus and Penicillium.
