摘 要:采用L9(34)正交试验设计对蒙药漏芦花中总黄酮的最佳提取条件进行了实验研究,选择乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数和乙醇用量为提取实验因素,按L9(34)正交表设计方案进行试验,以芦丁为标准品,用紫外—可见分光光度法测定漏芦花乙醇提取物中的总黄酮含量.结果表明,乙醇的浓度、提取次数对黄酮的提取具有一定的显著性作用,从而选择的最佳提取条件为:用药材的14倍量90%乙醇、提取时间为1 h、提取次数为3次.An extracting technology of total flavonolds from Mongolian medicine "Loulu flower" was studied with orthogonal test L^9(3^4). The factors of ethanol concentration, reflux duration, ethanol quantity and extracting times were evaluated for their effects on extracting process. Spectrophotometry is adapted to detect the total flavonoids of the samples with rutin as the reference substance. The results of the experiment show that the optimum extracting process of total flavonoids was determined. The condition that adding 90M C2H5OH with the quantity of 14 times of the medicine,then the solution is extracted lh and 3 times was the best.
