舒肝胶囊治疗更年期妇女抑郁症36例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察舒肝胶囊治疗轻、中度更年期妇女抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:对40例患者采用口服舒肝胶囊治疗,观察治疗前后患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分,并检测血清雌二醇(E_2)、促卵泡成熟素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平。结果:治疗中脱落4例,结果36例中痊愈11例,显著进步13例,进步7例,无效5例,总有效率为86.1%。治疗后HAMD总分、焦虑、认知、睡眠障碍等因子评分均显著改善,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗后PSQI总分及主观睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、催眠药物应用等因子评分均显著改善,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗后E_2水平升高,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒肝胶囊可以改善卵巢的功能状态,提高E_2水平,从而改善更年期妇女的抑郁症状,并提高睡眠质量。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Shugan Capsules (SC)for low-and middle-degree depression in menopausal women.Methods: Forty patients received oral use of SC.The changes of scores of hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were observed,and the serum levels of estradiol(E_2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hor- mone(LH)were detected.Results:There were 4 patients lost.In 36 patients,13 were markedly effective,7 effective,5 ineffective and the the total effective rate was 86.1%.The scores of anxiety,cognition and sleep disorder as well as HAMD total score were improved after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01 as compared with those before treatment).So did the total PSQI score and the scores of subjective sleep quali- ty,time for falling asleep,sleeping time,application of hypnotic(P<0.05 or P<0.01 as compared with those before treatmeny).Serum E_2 level was increased after treatment(P<0.05 as compared with that before treatment).Conclusion:SC has an effect on relieving depression and increasing sleeping quality by improving ovary. function and increasing serum E_2 level.
