摘　　要：中薄板坯高拉速连铸机结晶器铜板容易出现弯月面处镀层龟裂、脱落等常规连铸机很少出现的缺陷。根据连铸机现有的监控数据和工艺状况,找到了产生缺陷的原因,并采取了相应的改进措施,改进后结晶器铜板的寿命得到了大幅度提高。The defects such as peeling off and chapping of the meniscus coating frequently occur in the high casting speed mold copper plate of the high drawing speed mediumthin slab caster and such phenomena are seldom seen in the conventional continuous caster. On the basis of analysis on the current control data and processing conditions the real causes to the defects have been found out and counter measures put forward and executedo The life of mold copper have been increased largely.
