摘  要:目的研究胸苷磷酸化酶(TP)、微血管密度(MVD)在正常胃黏膜及胃癌组织中的表达,探讨两项指标与胃癌生物学行为之间的关系,以便为临床诊治及预后提供参考依据。方法免疫组化SP法检测正常胃黏膜及胃癌组织中TP、CD34的表达情况,并测定MVD。结果胃癌组TP阳性表达率及MVD高于正常胃黏膜组差异显著;胃癌TP阳性表达率、MVD与肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结有无转移、TNM分期显著相关,与年龄、性别、分化程度无关;胃癌TP表达阳性组MVD高于TP表达阴性组,差异非常显著。结论TP阳性表达及MVD值与胃癌的生长、浸润、转移等生物学行为密切相关,可以作为胃癌生物学行为的预测因子;TP的表达对胃癌组织中的血管生成可能起促进作用。Objective The expression of thymidine phosphorylase (TP) and microvessel density(MVD) were studied in normal gastric mucosa and gastric carcinoma. Then, the relationship between these parameters and the biological behavior of gastric cancer was investigated, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment and prognosis. Methods The expression of TP and CD34 were detected by using SP immunohistochemical staining method. Results The percentage of TP positive expression and MVD of gastric cancer were respectively higher than those of normal mucosa. In gastric carcinoma, The percentage of TP positive expression and MVD were correlated with tumor size, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage, except age, sex and histologic type. The MVD in TP-positive group was remarkably higher than that in TP-negative group. Conclusion The percentage of TP positive expression and MVD had relationship with some biological behavior of gastric cancer. These parameters can serve as factors used to predict the biological behavior of gastric carcinoma, and TP may facilitate angiogenesis in gastric cancer.
