摘 要:本文通过界面结合强度测试,电子探针X射线显微分析(EPMA),对两种生物活性玻璃涂层—钛的界面的结合强度进行了考查,并分析了生物陶瓷涂层复合体的界面结构及其与结合强度的关系。结果表明:两种生物活性陶瓷涂层复合体的界面能够传递相应的生理负荷,氧化膜及界面元素弥散决定着陶瓷与钛的结合强度,可切削性玻璃陶瓷涂层复合体与混合玻璃陶瓷涂层复合体相比,前者的界面有明显的氧化层,钛弥散度较宽,剪切强度较高。This study was undertaken to evaluate the bond strength between two sintered bioa-ctive ceramic(A4 and M)coatings and a pure titanium and analyse the relationship be-tween the bond strength and the interface structure,Using push-out mechanical test,andelectronic probe microanalysis(EPMA).The results indicate:(1)there is good bondbetween the two bioactive ceramic coatings and the titanium substrate for an effective st-ress transfer from the glass matrix to the reinforcing metal fibres,(2)the results of thestructural analysis of the ceramicmetal interfaces are identical with those of the bond str-ength test,that show the coating-substrate bond strength is mainly affected by the oxidescale and elements diffusion at the ceramic-metal interface,(3)compared with M coa-ting composite,A4 coating composite appears a clearer oxide scale and wider Ti diffusionin the interface,and higher bond strength between the coating and substrate,(4)theceramic-metal bond strength and interface structure of the two bioactive ceramic compos-ites do not show obviously different between the two sintering temperatures(860℃ and920℃).
