12种凝集素在腮腺腺泡细胞癌中的定位

摘　　要：本文应用凝集素与细胞表面和胞浆内糖基受体有专一亲和力的特点,选用了12种凝集素对17例腺泡细胞癌和3例正常腮腺组织进行了标记,结果表明:在正常腮腺腺泡和导管细胞及腺泡细胞癌细胞内存在着 ConA、RCA 和 WGA 受体。PHA 受体的分布与细胞类型有关,主要在腺泡细胞内。LCA、PSA和 UEA_(-1)在正常腮腺的腺泡和腺泡细胞癌中的染色反应不一致,LCA 和 PSA 对肿瘤阳性反应减弱,UEA_(-1)则在正常为阳性,肿瘤为阴性。文章讨论了该肿瘤的诊断、功能分化及来源与凝集素受体的关系.According to the characteristic that lectin has specific affinity for sugar receptor oncell surface or in cytoplasm,12 kinds of lectins for labelling 17 acinic cell carcinomas ofparotid glands and 3 normal parotid glands were studied.The results showed that ConA,RCA and WGA receptors were located in acinic and ductal cells of normal parotid glandsand tumor cells of acinic cell carcinomas.PHA receptor mostly distributed in acinic cells.The positive reaction for lectins LCA,PSA and UEA-1 in normal cells is intense,but intumor cells is faint or negative.
