下唇疣状癌中朗格罕氏细胞免疫组化观察

摘　　要：本研究采用 S—100蛋白特异标记朗格罕氏细胞(Lc),以 PAP 免疫组化法对16例下唇疣状癌病例的癌上皮及间质内 Lc 分布特点进行了观察,并计算 Lc 出现的频率。结果显示:(1)癌上皮和结缔组织中 Lc 均数增多;(2)间质内 Lc 与淋巴细胞相伴浸润,形成小簇,关系密切;(3)Lc 可能为抗原递呈细胞,在疣状癌免疫反应起动和调节中起着关键作用。16 cases of verrucous carcinoma in lower lip were collected.With S-100 protein andimmunoperoxidase method(PAP),the authors observed the number and distributionof Langerhans cells in the tumor nests and its conective tissue stromata.The result showsas follows:(1)The number of Langerhans cells in tumor nest and conective tissueincreases;(2)The number of Langerhans cells in stroma is closely related to the inten-sity of lympnocyte infiltration.Since the primary function of Langerhans cells has beenshown to be antigen processing and antigen presenting,our results suggest that Langer-hans cell may play a key role in the initiation and regulation of immune response inverrucous carcinoma.
