摘　　要：平面尺寸链中,封闭环尺寸可以为非线性函数。对于非线性尺寸链,既有长度尺寸变量,又有角度尺寸变量,不能运用简单的代数和求解。为了简化问题,往往忽略角度误差的影响,把角度视为常量,简化为线性尺寸链求解。事实上,角度误差对封闭环尺寸的影响是不应忽视的。应用全微分概念,不忽略角度误差的影响,解非线性尺寸链,概念清晰,计算精确。In one plane dimension chain, the dimension of a closed circle can be a nonlinear function. A nonlinear dimension chain has both length dimension variable and the angular dimension variable. So the nonlinear dimension chain can＇t be calculated by simple algebraic sum. In order to make the calculation simpler, the influence of angle error on the calculation result is often neglected, and the angles are taken as constants, then the nonlinear dimension chain is simplified to be linear dimension chain and be calculated. In fact, the influence of angle error on the dimension of one closed circle can＇t be neglected. Reported the calculation method of the non-linear dimension chain with the concept of total differential in consideration of the influence of angle error, and the nonlinear dimension chain can be precisely calculated with this method.
