水溶剂法合成高效杀虫剂毒死蜱的研究

摘　　要：研究了以3,5,6-三氯吡啶醇钠和O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯为原料,采用水溶剂法合成毒死蜱的工艺,报道了一种用三元复合催化剂催化合成毒死蜱的新方法,探讨了适宜的工艺条件,毒死蜱的收率、含量分别达到95%和97%以上,并采用IR、1H NMR、13C NMR对该化合物的结构进行了表征。The preparation of chlorpyrifos was studied utilized 3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridinol sodium and O, O-diethyl phosphorochloridothioate as material via water-solvent method. A new synthesis method of chlorpyrifos was reported with ternary composite catalyst. The optimum reaction conditions were investigated, the yield and purity of chlorpyrifos were over 95 96 and 97 %, respectively. Structure of synthesized compound was confirmed by IR, 1^H NMR,13^C NMR.
