复发性口疮患者口腔粘膜微循环的研究

摘　　要：本实验采用活体微循环观察法对20例复发性口疮患者进行了口腔粘膜微循环观察。其结果:①正常对照组舌菌状乳突血管丛以花瓣和树状为主,唇内粘膜以发夹形为主,有35%以下的异形管襻。复发性口疮组舌菌状乳突异形血管丛,唇内侧病变管襻数明显高于正常对照组(p<0.01)。②溃疡期,唇、舌血流态异常明显增加(p<0.01),唇内血流速减慢(p<0.05)。③血管病变部位好发于襻顶区域,并呈现出血管病变程度以溃疡为中心的向心性加重。作者认为复发性口疮的发生、发展与口腔粘膜微血管形态异常、局部血循环障碍有关。This study examines respectively,through the methods of vital microcirculation,themicrocirculation of oral mucosa in 20 cases of ROU.The result has shown (1)the vascu-lar plexus in lingual fungiform papillae of the normal control group appear primarily aspetals and treeforms,and the microvessels in labium mucosa which have heteroloops lowerthan 35％ as hairpinforms.The heterocapillary loops of lingual fungiform papillae and thepathologic capillary loops in labia are much more than that of the normal control group(P<0.01) .(2)the amount of microvessels in abnormal flowing in labia and linguaewhen in the ulcerous period is distinctly increased,but the velocity of blood flow in la-bium membrance slows down (P<0.05).(3)the pathologic domains in microvessels often occur on the looptops,which shows the fact that the nearer to the ulcerous areasthe more severe is the pathologic degree in microvessels.The authors believes ROU′shappening and development are closely related to Capillary heterotype and the disturba-nce to microcirculation in the local oral mucous membrance.
