摘　　要：21世纪世界各国在政治、经济、文化方面的竞争将会加剧。这种竞争的核心是人才的竞争,人才竞争的核心,是人才培养质量的竞争。要把"培养高素质的综合性人才"这个高等教育的中心任务落到实处,有赖于教育教学模式的改革。构建应用型、复合型、创新型人才培养模式是目前高校深化教育教学改革的关键,也是高等教育实现"三个面向"和可持续发展的必由之路。21st century,the competition of political activities, economic and cultures has increased and intensified. All over the world, the core of the competition is talent, and the core of the competition for talent is the personnel training quality.As we known,the Main task of the higher education is cultivating high-quality and all-around talent,if we want to carry it out,we need the teaching-mode reform. The key of deepening educational reform is building the cultivation pattern of practical , versatile and innovation talents,it is also the only way leading to ＂three elements＂ and sustainable development.
