基于企业内部局域网开展员工援助计划初探

摘　　要：简述了EAP的含义及其在中国发展的现状,界定了企业内部局域网的含义,并通过对比论证的方式详细阐述了利用局城网开展EAP项目相对于传统的完全依靠人工方法开展EAP项目的优势,以及基于局域网发展EAP项目的必要性和可行性。着重对现代企业基于内部网络开展EAP的具体方法进行了较为细致的探讨。This paper presented the signification of EAP and its current development in China briefly, and defmed the meanings of the Intranet. After that, it expatiated on the advantages, necessity and feasibility of the Employee Assistant Program based on the Intranet when comparing with traditional way. At last, it expounded the steps of how to put EAP based on the Intranet into execution.
