摘  要:体育校本课程开发对教师的素质要求与教师素质现状存在差距,消除这一差距必须转变教师观念,强化课程意识;加强教师校本培训,掌握课程开发的知识、技能;改革教师科研管理、评价制度,增强教师研究能力;采用有效措施培养教师合作精神;强化职后培训,促进知识更新。There is a distance befween teachers' makings required by the development of P. E school - based curriculum and the status quo of theirs ;to cover up which,the following measures must be taken:teachers'norms be ehanged,seuse of courses intensified ; their school - based training strengthened in order to grasp knowledge and skills in developing courses;the managemwent of teachers' scientific research and the assessing system reformed so as to improve research ability; effective action taken to cultivate cooperation befween them selves; post- professional training reinforced to promote knowledge renewa.
