高校党校教育教学特点探析

摘　　要：高校自身的特殊性决定了高校党校与地方党校有一定的区别。主要表现为教育对象的多层次性,教育内容的针对性,教学形式的多样性和教学管理的灵活性。从这些特点出发研究高校党校的教育教学及其管理,才能保证其教学效果。The specialization of university determined the difference between party school of university and that of region. The difference embodies on the multi - level of teaching object, focus on the teaching contents, the diversity of teaching patter and the flexibility of teaching management. So in order to guarantee the teaching effects, we should study the educational teaching and management of party school in university in the light of the characters stated above.
