摘　　要：由于高校自身的特殊性决定了高校党校与地方党校有一定的区别,在教育教学管理模式上,应建立一个健全的领导机构,完善一套完整的教学管理制度,构建一个可操作的运行系统,建设一支高素质的教师队伍,探索一种灵活多样的办学形式,有一套检测学习效果的应用体系。The specialization of university determines the difference between party school of university and that of region. So in educational teaching management pattern, we should found a sound leadership organization,perfect a complete set of teaching management system, set up a workable operating system, construct contingent teachers with high-quality,explore a variety of flexible forms of running a school and own a set of applied system on examining study results.
