摘　　要：关汉卿的《窦娥冤》被公认为是反对封建制度和封建神权的代表性作品,但是文本中存在诸多疑点,如桃杌的"有罪推定"、窦娥"三桩誓愿"的内在冲突、窦天章的礼教宣喻等情节,长期得不到完满解释。本文对该剧的主题思想作出全新解释,认为该剧反映了元代游牧文明落后的奴隶制度与农耕文明先进的封建制度的激烈冲突,表达了民间大众坚持封建传统的顽强意志。The Tragedy of Dou Er is generally held to be a masterpiece that protests against feudalist system and feudalist theocracy. However, this position has long had difficulty in explaining the oddities of several important details in the story. This paper proposes a new reading of the theme of the work, arguing that it represents the conflict between the backward slavery system of the nomadic culture and the feudal system of the agrarian culture and that it expresses the strong will power of the grassroots in adhering to the feudal ethics.
