摘　　要：疼痛是目前困扰和影响癌症患者生活质量的主要原因之一,药物治疗癌痛是最常用和最基本的方法。我们体会目前影响药物治疗的主要原因是买药困难、用药不规范、规范化治疗原则实施难和政策缺失。解决的办法和途径是,健全组织与制度、建立专业化科室、大力宣传、改进工作、齐抓共管和求得政府支持。Nowadays, pain is still a major problem for cancer patients, to that the most common and basic treatment is medication. The main troubles of pharmacotherapy for cancer pain includes difficult drug purchasing, improper using of drugs, difficult to implement the guideline and lacking of policies. The way to slove these problems is perfecting the organization and system, establishing professional departments, being propagated widely, improving work system, calling on each department and each unit to work at it and obtaining the government＇s support.
