四川省农业科学院信息资源建设和利用的思考

摘　　要：分析了四川省农业科学院文献信息资源建设和利用现状及存在的问题,提出了未来在文献信息资源建设和利用上的初步构想,主要包括进行信息资源的需求分析和信息资源建设和利用的总体规划,将增加信息资源建设投入与信息资源共建共享相结合,充分挖掘利用互联网免费信息资源和本院现有馆藏资源,加强信息资源建设和服务人才的引进培养以及科技人员信息检索水平的培训。This paper has introduced the present status and existing problems in information resources construction and utilization in the Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences （SAAS）, and put forward tentative plans on it, i.e., conducting investigation on information demand and making an integrated plan on information resources construction and utilization, incorporating the investment increase and cooperative information construction and sharing among different research institutes, fully mining the free information resources in the intemet and the existed literature resources in the library, and strengthening the introduc tion and training of talents in information resources construction and service, and training researchers in information retrieval.
