摘 要:软磁材料的动态磁性通常采用电磁感应方法进行测量,测量中的关键在于磁感应强度B的采样。传统的硬件积分器存在相位误差难以控制的缺点。为了提高测量精度和测量的自动化水平、节省硬件资源,本系统采用计算机控制,配合一套高频宽带功率源和测试仪,充分利用计算机的控制和处理能力,实现了磁性测量过程中数据的快速采集、处理、分析和测量结果的显示及存储。系统采用数值积分代替硬件积分,为软磁材料动态磁性的快速测量提供了新的方法。The dynamic magnetic properties of soft magnetic materials are usually measured by the induction method. The sampling of magnetic induction B is the most important part determining the measurement precision. In order to improve the measurement precision and automatic level, also to reduce the hardware in the instrument, the system uses computer-controlled, with a high-frequency power source and broadband test instrument, and makes full use of computer processing power and control capacity. The data acquisition, data processing and data analyzing are carried out, and the measurement results are simultaneously displayed and stored by this. Moreover, the integration of magnetic induction by hardware is substituted by digital integration, which offers a novel method for measuring the dynamic magnetic properties of soft magnetic materials.
