摘　　要：目的改革教学模式,革新教学手段,提高教学质量。方法在小鼠异位心脏移植模型制作教学中,多媒体、形象化教学的应用是提高教学效果与效率的重要因素。结果将多媒体电视教材引入移植学科中移植模型的教学实践,克服了传统教学中形象教学内容欠缺和时间长、质量差的问题。讨论指出多媒体课件应用可以显著提高以显微外科技术为基础的大鼠肾移植模型制作的教学效率与质量。Objective To reform the teaching model, renovate the teaching means and improve the teaching quality. Methods Introducing the procedure of cervical heart transplantation visually is the key to successful teaching of the making cervical heart transplantation model, of mice, Results The use of multimedia in teaching can resolve the problem of insufficient teaching content, time consuming and low quality in traditional teaching. Conclusion The virtue of using the multimedia as the main teaching means has the advantage of improving the efficiency and quality in teaching of making cervical heart transplantation model of mice based on microsurgieal technique.
