颞浅筋膜瓣在颊黏膜癌手术修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨颞浅筋膜瓣和(或)颞肌筋膜瓣修复颊黏膜癌术后软组织缺损及临床疗效。方法回顾分析带蒂颞浅筋膜瓣和(或)颞肌筋膜瓣Ⅰ期修复颊黏膜癌术后软组织缺损8例及其优缺点。结果随访2年,全组转移瓣均完全成活,供区创面Ⅰ期愈合,功能与外观均满意。结论颞浅筋膜瓣和(或)颞肌筋膜瓣用于颊黏膜癌术后缺损的修复,为效果可靠的手术方法之一。Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness in restoration and reconstruction of oral soft tissues with surgery of buccal mucosa cancer, using superficial temporal fascia flap and / or temporal muscle flap. Methods To perform a retrospective review of the surgical method for restoration and reconstruction of oral soft tissue in eight clinical cases. This method was simultaneously applied to the patients who had surgical removal of buccal mucosa carcinoma. The method included using superficial temporal fascia flap and/or temporal muscle flap. The clinical effectiveness, advantages and disadvantages of the method were also analyzed. Results The patients were followed up for 2 years. The transferred flaps were completely survived for all eight patients. The area from which the flaps were removed recovered with satisfied appearance and function. Conclusion Simultaneous restoration and reconstuction of oral soft tissues with buccal mucosa cancer surgery, by use of superficial temporal fascia flap and/or temporal muscle flap,is an effective surgical protocol.
