摘　　要：作者在国内首次合成了N-乙基-N-亚硝基脲,对其熔点、溶解度、红外光谱和元素进行了测定和分析,动物实验表明其对大鼠神经系统有高度的致癌性。Ethylnitrosourea (ENU) was synthesizedwith raw materials such as ethylamine andsodium nitrite. The product was a yellow-ish powder.Its melting point, solubility andinfrared absorption spectrum coincidedwith those reported in the literature. Theresult form elementary analysis for theproduct was almost the same as the theore-tical value. The product was applied to ratsby various methods.It was found tha ENUwas a cancerogenic compound, especiallyto the nervous system. More details aboutthe animal experiments will be publishedin some other papers.
