摘　　要：应用库仑定律并根据边值关系,求出了均匀外场中介质球壳各区域的场强,讨论了场分布的特点,由此得出了介质球壳的屏蔽效果.Using Coulomb＇s law and in accordance with the relations of boundary value, obtained the field strength in and outside the media ball shell in a uniform field, discussed the characteristics of distribution, resulting in shield effect of the media ball shell.
