摘　　要：评估档案材料的收集与整理是"迎评"工作的重要环节。高质量的评估档案材料是高职高专院校办学条件、办学水平和办学特色的积淀和提炼,是评估专家对人才培养工作水平做出评价和判断的重要依据。明确评估档案材料形成积累的原则、收集的范围、要求和规范标准,科学、规范地对评估档案材料进行审定、立卷、整理,才能使之在评估中真正起到有效的凭证作用。Collection and filing of archiral material is a very important part of preparing for the teaching quality assessment. High-quality archival materials for assessment are refinement and accumulation of management level, conditions, experience and characteristics of higher vocational colleges, reflect the history and current situation of a college , and is an important basis for experts＇ evaluation. Therefore, the collection and filing of archival material is a very important part. We should have a clear idea of accumulation principle, the scope, requirements and standards, and carry out a scientific, standardized audited filing to ensure that they can be the real and effective proofs of assessing the management of a college . In a sense, archival material for assessment is an important basis for measuring sustainable development of various respects of a college education.
