小鼠日龄对丙酸睾酮制备前列腺增生模型的影响

摘　　要：目的：考察不同日龄和不同给药方式对小鼠前列腺增生造模的影响。方法：给不同日龄的对照组和实验组小鼠分男q灌服吐温一80和丙酸睾丸酮乳剂，给60-70日龄小鼠的不同实验组分别灌服和皮下注射丙酸睾丸酮，以前列腺指数作为评价指标并解剖观察前列腺外观。结果：对于45-55日龄的小鼠，丙酸睾丸酮灌胃在空白组和实验组间造成了显著差异，对于60-70日龄的小鼠，皮下注射睾酮在空白组和实验组间造成显著差异。结论：不同日龄的小鼠对丙酸睾丸酮的敏感程度不同，对60-70日龄的小鼠前列腺增生造模宜采用皮下注射的给药方式或加大灌胃的剂量。Objective： Investigate the effects of the day-age and different Adm-way on inducing BPH Jimpy mice model. Method：Drench the Tween-80 and TP to the control group and experiment group of different day-age Jimpy mice respectively,drench and HYPO TP to the different experiment group of 60-70 day-age Jimpy mice respectively,do evaluation with the prostate index and the appearance of prostate. Results：To the 45-55 day-age Jimpy mice intragastric-administration of TP make significant deviation between the control group and experiment group,to the 60-70 day-age Jimpy mice, hypodermic-injecting andrusol make significant deviation between the control group and experiment group. Conclusion：The sensitive level is different between different day-age Jimpy mice.To induce the BPH model with the 60-70 day-age Jimpy mice,should take the hypodermic Adm-way or add dosage in intragastrica Adm-way.
