摘 要:在对少齿差行星传动研究的基础上,提出了一种新型行星分度凸轮机构的设计构想,通过重新设计少齿差行星传动销孔式输出机构的销孔形状,实现从动件的分度运动。该机构具有分度数大、体积小、质量轻、同时啮合滚子数多、承载能力大及输入输出同轴的特点。根据共轭齿廓形成原理推导了凸轮的理论廓线方程、实际廓线方程,并讨论了连续传动的条件。最后进行了机构的运动仿真。On the basis of studying the fewer teeth differenced planet transmission; a kind of designing idea of new typed planetary indexing cam mechanism was put forward. By means of redesigning the shape of pin holes of the pin holed output mechanism of fewer teeth differenced planetary transmission to realize the indexing movement of the follower components. This mechanism has the characteristics of large indexing number, smaller volume, lighter mass, and more amount of rollers meshing at the same time, big load bearing capability and the coaxial input and output. The theoretical contour line equation and the actual contour line equation of cam were derived according to the forming principle of conjugate tooth contour, and conditions of continuous transmission were discussed. Finally, the motion simulation of mechanism has been carried out.
