摘 要:基于拓宽工程新老路面结构寿命相协同的原则,对沪宁高速上海段拓宽工程既有道路结构所实施的加铺利用方案进行了结构承载能力评价。以弹性层状理论体系为基础,分别以弯沉和应力应变为评价指标,兼顾新老路面结构间存存的高差以及既有道路结构性能的现状,通过数据回归分析,分别提出了综合表征既有道路结构承载能力的弯沉评价方法,以及考虑各结构材料自身性能演化规律的两阶段评价方法,前者主要受控于未加铺前既有道路的性能,而新老路之间的高差对结果影响较小;后者主要受控于既有道路加铺后各结构层厚度和材料属性。上述两种评价方法弥补了一般意义上道路结构承载能力评价方法中没有考虑高差因素的不足,为拓宽工程合理加铺利用方案的制定提供了理论和实践依据。Based on the principle that new and old pavement structures have accordant design life,bearing capacity evaluation was performed on overlayer of old pavement structure in Huning Freeway widening project.According to the height difference between new and old pavement structure,and the current situation of structure performance of the existing pavement,the two kinds of evaluation methods,deflection evaluation and two-period evaluation,were presented by data regression analysis technology.The former is mainly controlled by structure performance of the existing pavement before overlaying and the latter is determined by differ- ent layer thickness and material characteristic.The two methods mentioned above remedy the deficiency of conventional evaluation method without considering height difference factor used in widening project,as well provide the theoretical and practical basis for overlaying design of pavement widening project.
