摘 要:在池塘水体中构建以空心菜为试验植物的浮床植物系统,研究了其对池塘水体中微生物的数量、分布以及氮循环的影响.结果表明,浮床植物系统可明显改变池塘不同水层中的细菌(如氮循环细菌)和真菌的数量,实现不同生理类群的微生物在水体同一水层的共存,促进了水体的氮循环,加强了水体的自净功能.该系统的净化效果与其面积有关,占池塘面积20%的浮床植物系统在试验80d时,对TN、NH4+-N、NO2—N、NO3--N的去除率分别为39.4%,51.2%,49.7%和65.0%.The planted float system using lpomoea aquatic as experimental plant in pond waterbody was established, and the influence on the content, and distribution of microorganisms in pond waterbody as well as its nitrogen circulation by the microorganisms in pond waterbody were studied. The planted float system could markedly improve the contents of bacteria such as nitrogen-cycle bacteria and fungi in different layers of pond water, realize the co-existence of microorganisms of different physiological types in the same layer of the waterbody, promote the nitrogen cycle of waterbody and enhance the self-purification of waterbody. The purification effects of this system also related to its area: when occupying 20% of pond area, 39.4%, 51.2%, 49.7% and 65.0% removal rate of TN, NH4^+-N,NO2^--N,NO3^-N achieved arter 80 days the system performed.
