综合医院平均住院日的影响因素分析与对策

摘　　要：目的:通过对某医院8年数据的分析,找出影响平均住院日的主要因素,从而为医院统筹管理,有效地缩短平均住院日,提高医院的效率和效益提供科学合理的依据。方法:运用相关分析、因子分析筛选指标,运用多元回归方法分析得出入选指标的偏回归系数,并结合相关分析结果找出相关性较为显著的指标。结果:正式职工数、两周之内再入院人数比例、危重病人比例等6项指标最终进入多元回归方程。结论:通过多元回归分析,找出平均住院日的主要影响因素,针对影响因素采取合理的措施,缩短平均住院日。缩短平均住院日目的在于充分利用卫生资源,提高医疗质量和医院的综合实力,使医院朝着"质量"、"效率"和"效益"的方向发展。Objectives： To find out the main factors of the average length of stay, to properly shorten average length of stayby integration management and promote hospital efficiency and benefit. Methods： Relative analysis method and factor analysismethod were used to choose the indicatrix. Multiple regression method was used to get the coefficients B, combining the relativeanalysis method was to find out the indicatrix whose relative is evident. Results： The chosen indicatrix are the number of theformal worker and the proportion of being in hospital in two weeks again and the proportion of the critically ill patients andanother three indicatrix, which are chosen into the multiple regression equation. Conclusions： With the analysis of the paper liststhe influence factors of the length of stay. According to the influence factor, the paper suggests that the hospital should take somemeasure to short the length of stay. The purpose of shorting the length of stay is to utilize the health resources efficiently and toimprove medical quality and the general competition of the hospital, which can make the hospital advances in the quality,efficiency and benefit.
