紫外分光光度法测定紫云英蜜中总酚的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立紫云英蜜中总酚含量测定方法。方法：采用Folin-酚法，样品经福林试剂显色反应后，紫外一可见分光光度计测定其总酚含量。结果：总酚在2．03～8．04μg·mL^-1内线性良好，r=0．9997，且平均回收率为102．42%，RSD=2．64%（n=5）。结论：该方法准确，简便，重现性好，专属性强，可有效地控制紫云英蜜的质量。Objective ：To establish a UV method for determination of the content of total hydroxybenzene for Ziyunyingmi. Method： Folin-Denis was adopted of determining the content of total hydroxybenzene by UV. Result：The total hydroxybenzene showed a good linear relationship at 2. 03-8. 04 μg·mL^-1, r=0.9997,the average recovery was 102.42%, RSD=2.64%（n=5）. Conclusions： The method is accurate and simple with good reproducibility, and can control the quality of this preparation effectively.
