摘  要:[目的]探讨羧甲基壳聚糖钙对小鼠有无补钙作用。[方法]将一级昆明种小鼠随机分为低钙对照组、碳酸钙组及其羧甲基壳聚糖钙低、高剂量实验组,均自由进食基础饲料,同时灌胃给予受试物。实验第3周进行3d的钙代谢实验。连续30d后,采血,取肝脏、股骨,测得骨长及骨重,用原子吸收分光光度计测定其钙、锌含量。[结果]羧甲基壳聚糖钙试验组小鼠的骨钙含量、股骨重量显著高于对照组且不低于相应剂量的碳酸钙组,钙的吸收率不低于碳酸钙组。[结论]羧甲基壳聚糖钙具有一定的补钙功效。[Objective] To investigate the effect of supplementing calcium of carboxymethyl chitosan calcium (CCC) in mice. [Methods] Mice were randomly divided into 4 groups including low calcium control group, CaCO3 group, two experimental groups treated with CCC at two different doses. All mice were fed with Ca-deficient diet. At the same time CaCO3 and CCC were administrated to mice i.g. once a clay. During the third week, 3 days calcium metabolism test was done. 30 days later, mice were killed and the concentration of calcium and zincum m blood, liver and femur were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer. [Results ] The bone calcium, femoral bone weight were obviously better in CCC experimental groups than those in Ca-deficient group, and not lower than in CaCO3 group with the same dose. The absorption rate of CCC was not lower than CaCO3. [Conclusion] CCC has certain effect of supplementing calcium in mice.
