摘  要:[目的]了解其校医学生早餐就餐情况及早餐质量,为开展大学生营养健康教育提供资料。[方法]采用单纯随机抽样的方法,从不同年级和专业抽取550人,用问卷调查法收集了1周的早餐情况。[结果]1周之内每天都吃早餐的只有53.63%,男生就餐率高于女生。就餐学生早餐蛋白和总能量摄入的平均水平都低于我国成人中等体力活动膳食蛋白和能量推荐摄入量(recommended nutrient intakes,RNIs)的30%。[结论]该校医学生早餐就餐率较低,早餐营养质量较差。[Objective] To investigate breakfast consumption and quality of breakfast of medical students, to provide information for development of nutritional education of students. [ Methods ] Breakfast consumptions of seven days were collected from a random sample of 550 medical students coming from different grades via questionnaire survey. [Results] Fifty-four percent of students ate breakfast every day in a week, and the ratio was higher in boys comparing with girls. Average lever of breakfast protein and total energy of eating breakfast students did not attained thirty percent of RNI of moderate physical activity level (PEA) of aduh. [Conclusion] The ratio of eating breakfast students is fewer, and quality of breakfast is poorer.
