摘  要:以松花江采集的生物膜为研究对象,采用改进的Tessier连续萃取方法分析生物膜样品陈化3个月后金属形态分布规律的变化。结果表明,样品陈化使Mn从碳酸盐结合态和铁/锰氧化物结合态向可交换态和残渣态转化,幅度为11.17%-26.27%;样品陈化后Fe从有机结合态和残渣态向铁/锰氧化物结合态转化16.89%-24.97%;原来占总量54.45%-59.56%的有机结合态Cu在样品陈化后均转化为铁/锰氧化物结合态和残渣态;而可交换态和有机结合态的Zn在样品陈化后全部转化为其他形态。其中部分向碳酸盐结合态转化。Distribution of heavy metals in the natural surface coatings collected from the Songhua River was studied before and after their aging for 3 months. It was indicated that sample aging resulted in 11.17% - 26.27% manganese to turn from carbonate-associated and Fe/Mn-oxides phases to exchangeable and residual phases. After sample aging, some iron associated with organic matters and residues ( 16.89% - 24.97% of iron) transferred to Fe/Mn-oxides phases. All copper associated with organic matters transferred to Fe/Mnoxides and residual phases after aging. Exchangeable and organic matters-associated zinc transferred to other phases completely because of aging.
