摘  要:针对传统水泥混凝土路面脱空板灌浆材料模量过高,修复后造成板底应力集中,使路面使用寿命大幅降低的问题,试验研制了新型的低强、低模量灌浆材料,以消除脱空修复后板底应力集中带来的危害,延长道路使用寿命。这种灌浆材料具有早强、低强、低模量、高流动度、微膨胀等优点。Generally, grouting filling is an effective way to dispose voids of cement concrete pavement. Traditional grouting agent usually adopted cement paste with high modulus of elasticity which always resulted in stress concentration in pavement structure after repair. This directly cut down operating life of pavement. After analyzing negative influences brought about by high modulus grouting agent, the paper has proposed and prepared a new kind of pavement grouting agent with low strength and low modulus of elasticity to reduce stress concentration in slab and extend pavement's sevice life. Research has shown the grouting agent synchronously possesses many characteristics involved early high strength, low late strength, low modulus of elasticity, good fluidity, tiny dilatability, etc.
