摘 要:通过典型样地调查,采用种子萌发法,对贵州茂兰喀斯特土壤种子库储量及主要组成进行了研究。结果表明,茂兰喀斯特土壤中有丰富的植物种子,种子平均密度为1297粒·m^-2,物种数为27~42种。不同植被类型间土壤种子库差异较大,种子数量变动在522~2267粒^-2之间,随着植被退化程度的增加而显著增加,物种数却呈相反的趋势。与大多数研究结果相一致,在0-10cm自然土层中,种子数量随着土层深度的增加而减少。草本植物,特别是一年生草本植物种子在种子库中占据了优势地住,占物种总数的72.3%,占种子总数的97.6%。因此认为,喀斯特植被具有较强的自我修复能力,但短期内只能恢复到演替早期草本群落阶段,需要通过人工方式加快其演替进程。Soil seed bank of Maolan Karst area storage and composition had studied by bourgeon in this article, it was found that there were abundant plant seeds stored in the soil of Maolan Karst area and average density of soil seed was 1 297 seeds · m^-2. Soil seed bank have obvious difference among different vegetations, seed density varied between 522--2 267 seeds · m^-2 and species number varied between 27 to 42. The seed number added with the degree of vegetation degraded, but the species number was decreased with the direction. In 0cm to 10cm natural soil, the number of seeds was decreased with deeper that was coincident with the results of most research. In the seed bank, the herbage, especially annual holds dominant status, its species number was 72.3 percent and its density number was 97.6 percent of all. About all, it is considered that the vegetation of Karst area in Maolan there were strong capability of resumed by itself, but it just resume to herbage stage of early succession only.
