摘　　要：制备洛伐他汀微丸胶囊并建立其质量标准。采用离心造粒法制备洛伐他汀胶囊;HPLC法测定洛伐他汀含量、建立含量均匀度及溶出度测定方法;结果该制剂制备工艺可行,质控方法可靠。制备的洛伐他汀微丸胶囊符合2005年版《中国药典(二部)》附录中关于胶囊制剂的相关规定。To prepare and study the quality control of Lovastin pellet capsule. Lovastatin pellets were prepared by using a centrifugal granulator. The content, content uniformity and dissolution were determined by HPLC method. Results The preparation technic was viable and the quality control methods were trustiness. Lovastatin pellet eapsule corresponds with the capsule preparation in Appendix of the China harmacopoeia （ed-ition 2005）
