摘　　要：脂肪基质细胞(ADSCs)是目前骨组织工程的理想种子细胞,诱导其定向成骨分化是该领域的研究热点。脂肪基质细胞定向成骨诱导的方法主要有改变ADSCs所处的微环境、修饰ADSCs内部基因等。本文对脂肪基质细胞骨向诱导分化的研究进展进行综述。Current ideal seeding cells of bone tissue engineering are adipose tissue-derived stromal cells （ADSCs）, whose osteogenic differentiation has been a hot topic for researchers. The methods in inducing ADSCs to osteoblast are changing its microenvironment, modifying its gene and so on. This article reviewed the advanced research on induced differentiation of ADSCs to ostoblast.
