摘　　要：RNA干扰技术是过去几年分子生物学领域最重要的发现之一。目前,RNA干扰已经成为研究基因功能、细胞信号传导、细胞分化、发病机制和基因治疗的一种有力工具。下面就RNA干扰的作用机制,RNA干扰在口腔医学中的研究应用作一综述。RNA interference （RNAi） has emerged as one of the most important discoveries of the last years in the field of molecular biology. It has become a powerful tool to research gene function, cell signaling, cell differentiation, nosogenesis and gene therapy. This review provides a brief overview of the application of RNAi in the field of stomatology.
